    It says something like that (hard to read his writing) :
    first sentence i really can't read ! :)
    Next: I'm doing (painting) a man with a little girl, they carry flowers in a basket
    next to them two beefs and wheat, something like that.
    dear best memories to your sister and you from your friend Picasso.

    There is a lot of mistakes in his text, we can "read" that he is spanish ;)
    also you can see a lot of mistakes in my text and see that i speak french ahah
